Online Therapy

I offer online psychotherapy for adults across the UK, providing a reflective and relational space for those seeking deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.

Working online allows therapy to take place within your own environment, which can often support a greater sense of comfort, continuity, and ease.

How Online Therapy Works

Sessions take place via secure video (Zoom), at a regular time each week, fortnight, or month depending on how you choose to work.

The structure and depth of the work remains the same as in-person therapy. We meet for 50 minutes, and the focus is on developing a therapeutic relationship that supports exploration, reflection, and integration over time.

The Value of Online Work

Many clients find that online therapy offers a different, but equally meaningful, way of working.

Being in your own space can feel grounding, and removing the need to travel can make it easier to access therapy consistently — particularly during periods of change, stress, or low energy.

Online therapy can also support a slower, more reflective pace, which can be particularly helpful for those who process internally or need time to think and feel between sessions.

Who Online Therapy May Suit

Online therapy may be particularly well suited if you:

– prefer the comfort of your own space
– have a busy schedule or limited time for travel
– experience fatigue or fluctuating energy levels
– are neurodivergent and benefit from familiar environments
– live outside the local area but are looking for a specific therapeutic approach

I work primarily with women and neurodivergent adults seeking depth-oriented psychotherapy, including those exploring identity, relational patterns, and long-standing emotional experiences.

A Note on the Therapeutic Relationship

Some people wonder whether working online affects the therapeutic relationship.

In my experience, meaningful and connected therapeutic work can develop just as effectively online. What matters most is the consistency of the space, the quality of attention, and the relationship that develops over time.
