Referrals from GPs and Healthcare Professionals

I welcome referrals from GPs and other healthcare professionals for adult clients (18+) who may benefit from private psychotherapy or counselling. I work with a range of emotional and mental health issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, chronic stress, and adjustment to life changes — as well as supporting neurodivergent adults, including those recently diagnosed as Autistic or ADHD.

My practice is located at Sunnyfield House in Guisborough, and I also offer online sessions via Zoom.
